Since October 2005, AleGloria at Three Crosses Square has been retelling the story of Polish cuisine — as we remember it from our homes, yet presented with contemporary flair, color, and the signature artistry of Magda Gessler. At the heart of our story lies a deep respect for craftsmanship and exceptional ingredients. Long-simmered stocks, classic recipes, seasonality, and products that taste “just like they used to” — genuine, expressive, and without shortcuts.The experience is completed by interiors full of character, rich in references to art and the culture of shared feasting, highlighted by the distinctive “strawberry” motif.
