Since October 2005, AleGloria at Three Crosses Square has been retelling the story of Polish cuisine — as we remember it from our homes, yet presented with contemporary flair, color, and the signature artistry of Magda Gessler. At the heart of our story lies a deep respect for craftsmanship and exceptional ingredients. Long-simmered stocks, classic recipes, seasonality, and products that taste “just like they used to” — genuine, expressive, and without shortcuts.The experience is completed by interiors full of character, rich in references to art and the culture of shared feasting, highlighted by the distinctive “strawberry” motif. As Magda Gessler herself says: “Let the whole world know that Polish strawberries are the best!”
